Total Panel Products runs a CNC routing service from our factory in Liverpool, machining panel materials to your drawing or cutting list. We are a supply only trade service. Send us the file, we machine the parts, and you collect from us or we send them out to you. We do not carry out installation.
What we can machine
Profiled and shaped edges, radiused corners, cut outs and apertures for sockets, sinks, basins and cable ports, slots, grooves and rebates, pocket holes and recesses, positions for hinges and fittings, lettering and decorative pattern work, and repeat batch parts worked from a single template.
Materials we CNC rout
MFC and melamine faced chipboard, MDF and moisture resistant MDF, plywood, compact laminate and Trespa, solid grade laminate, and other rigid sheet materials. One offs and production runs
We take on single prototypes and one off parts as readily as repeat production runs. Because the work is CNC controlled, every part in a batch comes out identical, which matters when the components have to fit together on site or go into a run of furniture.
