Total Panel Products is a Liverpool-based panel processing manufacturer, supplying the furniture trade with precision-cut components. Our workshop runs modern CNC machinery alongside CAD/CAM software, so drawings go from screen to finished part with minimal turnaround. We cut, edge, drill, shape and postform a wide range of boards and sheet materials, including MFC, MDF, laminate, solid wood and plastics, whether customers supply their own material or order from our stock.
Our customers span school, office, healthcare and hospitality furniture manufacturers, plus makers of acoustic panels, lockers, worktops and bespoke contract furniture. Each job is planned individually, from the first design file through to a finished, ready-to-assemble component.
