Total Panel Products runs a CNC machining service from our Liverpool factory, covering routing, drilling and CAD/CAM design for panel materials. It's a trade supply-only service: send your drawing or cutting list, we machine the parts to it, and you collect or we ship them out — we don't fit or install.
Our routing covers profiled and shaped edges, radiused corners, cut-outs for sinks, sockets and cable ports, and grooves or rebates for hinges and fittings, in materials from MFC and MDF through to Trespa and solid grade laminate. Drilling covers 32mm system holes for carcase construction, shelf pin lines, hinge boring, dowels and cam fittings, plus cable ports and fixing holes — all positioned to the same reference point across a run, so cabinets square up and hardware lines up first time. Where a job needs a drawing before it can be cut, our design team builds parametric 3D models in SolidWorks with SWOOD's woodworking toolset, then works through consultation and revisions with you until the cut list and drawing are signed off and ready for production.
