Total Panel Products offers a CNC drilling service from our Liverpool factory, boring panels accurately and repeatably so the parts arrive ready to assemble. It is a supply only trade service. You send the hole schedule or the drawing, we drill the panels, and you collect or we send them out. We do not carry out installation.
Drilling we carry out
32mm system drilling for cabinet carcases, shelf support and shelf pin lines, hinge cup boring, dowel holes, holes for cam and dowel fittings, handle and knob centres, cable ports and grommet holes, and drilling for legs, brackets and other fixings.
Why CNC rather than a bench drill
Every panel in a run comes out the same. Hole positions repeat to the same reference point, so carcases square up properly, shelves sit level, and fittings line up first time. On a batch of furniture that is the difference between a straightforward build and a day of fettling.
Materials we drill
MFC and melamine faced chipboard, MDF and moisture resistant MDF, plywood, compact laminate and Trespa, solid grade laminate, and other rigid sheet materials. Send us the board specification if you are unsure and we will tell you what we can do with it.
Drilling with cutting and edging
Most customers have the drilling done as part of a
cut and edge job, so the panels are cut to size, edged and drilled in one pass through the factory and come back as finished components rather than as sheets. For profiled shapes and cut-outs, see our

How to send us a job
