Total Panel Products runs a full cut & edge trade service from our factory in Liverpool, covering panel cutting to size, edge banding and laminate bonding. Send us your cutting list or drawing and we'll process panels ready for your build — supply only, with no installation service. Most jobs combine two or more of these processes so panels arrive as finished components, cut, edged and ready to fit.
We cut sheet materials to size on our vertical panel saw to within 0.1mm accuracy, whether you need one panel or several hundred to the same dimensions. We work in MFC, MDF, plywood, Trespa and Polyrey laminate, and can cut bespoke shapes as well as straight rectangular panels. See our panel cutting to size service for more detail.
Once panels are cut, we edge them using EVA and PU adhesive systems that handle edge thicknesses from 0.3mm to 15mm and panels up to 55mm thick. We edge MFC, MDF, plywood, Trespa, HPL laminate, veneered boards and fire doors, including bespoke shapes, and can edge individual sides where a full wrap isn't needed. For projects that need a decorative or hard-wearing HPL face, we bond laminate to MDF, plywood or chipboard substrates using spray neoprene adhesive, giving a strong, flexible bond with no warping or edge lifting.
