Total Panel Products manufactures bespoke headboards to order at our Liverpool factory, made to your sizes and your finish for hotel, student accommodation, care home and contract furniture projects. We are supply only. Headboards are made, packed and sent out or collected, and we do not carry out installation.
Made to your dimensions
Headboards are built to the size you give us rather than to a standard range, which matters when a room has an awkward wall, a service duct, a fixed lighting position or a bed size that is not a stock UK width. Send us the sizes and the wall detail and we will work to them.
Finishes and construction
Panel headboards in laminate, melamine faced board or veneer, and upholstered headboards covered in fabric or in wipe clean vinyl for contract use. Options include buttoned, panelled and plain slab fronts, and single piece or split construction where a headboard has to run behind two beds or pass through a narrow corridor.
Fixing and mounting
Wall hung headboards on a batten or interlocking bracket, floor standing strutted headboards fixed to the bed frame, and full width wall panel headboards that run behind a pair of beds. Tell us which you need and we will supply the boards prepared for it.
Contract and volume work
Most of our headboard work is repeat contract volume for hotels, student blocks and care homes, where every room takes the same unit and consistency between them is the whole point. We also make one offs and sample units so a specifier can sign off a finish before a full order is placed. Read our

Fabric, vinyl and fire performance
Contract projects normally call for fire retardant fabric or vinyl. Tell us the specification the project has been written to and we will confirm what we can supply against it before you order.
