Occupancy turns over every year, and each turnover brings a fresh set of hands that did not choose the furniture and will not be living with it for long. We are a supply-only manufacturer. We make the furniture and deliver it to site; we do not carry out installation. Most of our student accommodation work is supplied to fit-out contractors and installation teams who are already on the project.

Working To Summer Turnaround Programmes

Most student accommodation refurbishment happens in a narrow window between the end of one academic year and the start of the next. That window does not move, so the manufacturing programme has to be planned backwards from it.

Talk to us early. The further ahead a summer programme is booked, the more comfortably it fits into the production schedule – and the less of it ends up being squeezed into August.
