Sheet Materials range. We work from standard full sheets through to smaller trade quantities — talk to us about your minimum order before you place it, so we can confirm the most cost-effective sheet layout.
Cutting Tolerances and Finishing
Panels are cut to size with tight, consistent tolerances, then edge-banded in ABS or PVC to match. Where a job needs more than a straight cut, we also offer CNC routing and drilling — hinge holes, cable ports, shaped cut-outs and rebates — so components arrive ready to install rather than needing further work on site.
Ordering Process — Drawings, Cutting Lists or a Simple Brief
Send us a drawing, a cutting list or just a simple written brief of what you need, and we'll quote from that. We're happy to work from formal specifications for larger contracts or a straightforward list of sizes and quantities for smaller jobs — whichever is easiest for you.
Collection or Delivery
Collect from our Liverpool workshop or we'll deliver UK-wide. As with all our services, this is trade supply only — we cut, edge and finish to your specification, but we don't offer installation.
