Locker Types We Supply
We manufacture corridor lockers, changing-room lockers and cluster or gang locker banks, supplied as flat-packed or pre-assembled components to your specification. Corridor lockers typically prioritise a slim footprint with single, double or multi-tier compartment configurations to maximise the number of doors per metre of run. Changing-room lockers need to withstand damp conditions, condensation and frequent slamming, so material choice and edge sealing matter more than in a dry corridor setting. Cluster or gang lockers group larger numbers of compartments into a single bank for communal areas — sports halls, PE departments and shared cloakrooms. Whichever type you need, the underlying manufacturing capability is the same: precision panel cutting, edge banding and CNC drilling for hinges, locks and ventilation, all carried out at our Liverpool workshop.
Materials and Finishes for High-Use Environments
Locker components are cut from
MFC as standard, finished with durable
ABS or PVC edge banding to protect exposed edges from the daily impact of doors, bags and keys. For changing rooms and other damp environments, compact laminate is worth considering as a more moisture-resistant alternative — ask us about material options if your locker bank sits somewhere other than a dry corridor. Working to Your Layout — Sizing and Configuration
Locker banks are rarely a standard size — bank width, compartment height, door count and ventilation all vary by site, budget and the number of students the bank needs to serve. We work from your layout, cutting list or a rough sketch to confirm bank dimensions, compartment counts and ventilation slot positions before manufacture, so the finished components fit your corridor, changing room or communal space first time. If you're supplying your own locks, hinges or handles, let us know the fixing specification and we'll cut and drill components to accept them. We also manufacture locker components for other high-turnover environments beyond schools — leisure centres, offices and staff changing areas — using the same materials and finishing, so this capability isn't limited to the education sector alone.

As with all our services, this is trade supply only — we cut, edge and finish locker components to your specification, but we don't offer installation. Components are collected from our Liverpool workshop or delivered UK-wide.
