Medium-density fiberboard or MDF is a manufactured wood based product created by deconstructing hard and soft wood residuals, turning them into wood fibers. The fibers are bound with wax and are pressed together with intense pressure and heat. This forms a solid board that is denser than plywood and perfect to be bonded onto. MDF is not suitable for wet areas.

We have the capability to provide many different services when processing MDF, we cut the board to shape, and then edge it. We can produce both standard and bespoke MDF panels, we can drill, cut, route and edge band any MDF board, turning it into a high quality furniture component.

We can produce the highest quality of MDF furniture, desks, workstations, cupboards etc. As well as many more domestic and commercial items. MDF panels can be bonded with laminates of many different colours and finishes, allowing for a very bespoke product.
